In the Bible Jesus often
stayed at Bethany. Bethany means "house of dates." or
place of refreshment.
 It was his place of rest and refreshment.
At Bethany the supernatural was unleashed. Lazarus was
raised from the dead. Jesus took his followers to Bethany,
blessed them, and then ascended into heaven. His disciples
watched and worshiped. Bethany was their place of refreshment
and life-changing encounter.
Bethany is that for us too.
